Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Skin Theory Studio, we value your time and are committed to providing you with the highest quality esthetic services. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and maintain efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement: * We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting. 2. How to Cancel or Reschedule: * To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via: * Phone: 806-543-6649 * Online booking system * Please provide your full name, appointment date and time, and the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. 3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered late cancellations. * Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered "no-shows." * Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a 50% of the scheduled service. This fee is implemented to compensate our estheticians for the lost time and revenue. The 4. Payment of Cancellation/No-Show Fees: * The cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your account for future services. * Payment of this fee is required before you can schedule any future appointments. 5. Exceptions: * We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In rare cases of genuine emergencies, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee. However, this is at the discretion of Skin Theory Studio management. 6. Rescheduling: * Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is also subject to the same late cancellation fees, as it creates the same issue with lost appointment slots. * If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. 7. Pre-Paid Services and Packages: * For clients who have purchased pre-paid service packages, a late cancellation or no-show will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled service from their package. 8. Appointment Reminders: * As a courtesy, we will send appointment reminders via text message 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. * However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment. 9. Changes to Policy: * Skin Theory Studio reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
